Based on the way they conducted themselves since they took over Viterra Financial we will never deal with their outlets.

I have a feeling this has allot more to do with insurance and liability. If someone got injured or worse on this property CPS would get sued. OHS would have a hay day with laying the blame on CPS. Im sure he has had ample warning to move off the property before this point. If not he can only blame himself for not picking a location that he rent or owns. Welcome to the real world is all I can say.
