He is a modern-day CRUSADER...a modern day David who would slay the evil communists (Putin used to head the Russian Secret Police).

The only trouble is...Harper is a little chicken hawk and needs a bit of help. Thus he crows and squawks to get the attention of the big eagle (the USA), hoping to get them on-side.

I have no idea what the solution is but they had better smarten up before some idiot looses the hounds of war and THAT would be disastrous in so many ways.
