The Ripoff is mind boggling ! Remember when natural gas was $12 to $14 and NH3 was about $1800 if I recall. Now gas is $3 to $4 and they still need $1000 per tonne WTF ??? The equation is completely skewed.

Our problem is we keep feeding the parasite.
Our price is based on less product because I have given up on Grow for Broke attitude.
But also seems to be the lowest price so did purchase yesterday.
To own a big bullet is insane. Did look at that years ago the rules for on farm storage and safety wreck the idea.
50000 to extra the tank every few years etc.
Also only a semi or two in. so really not cost effective.
Also looked at renting one from CPS years ago that wasn't used but that didn't work either.
          Roadblocks at all corners.
The politicians fell for the game and the companies win every time.
Seed is a big big red flag and it will pass with farmers just sitting their like a deer in the head lights 925 to 960 is fair this year.

If you viewed it as a rip off why buy then? Tax man cometh so you had to....

Tandem why why why should we have to be gouged like some at .58 to .60 cents a lb. This is about warning others their paying to much.
Also Manitoba price don't most go take their tanks to town and get filled. That's not full service full service is right to your drill in the field and they fill at all hours of the day or night. That is service and it does deserve a loyal customer.
But still they need to come with a fair price.
I feel I'm paying to much even where we are priced, considering the crash in grain prices. Plus when natural gas is so abundant in western Canada and dirt cheap. Why is it priced where it is.

unfortunately fertilizer is now priced on what the market will bear. has nothing to do with their cost of production. farmers are willing to pay almost any price to maximize yields. Our input prices are set on a retail basis, not on our cost of production.
