Not exactly. With the price fluctuations on the open market. I do not want to give an offer out. Just to have it come back that I either overpaid 10 days from not or underpaid in that same time. It is much better for the producer for me to give a realistic price and have it locked in. This way if the market crashes the producer is given a set price before hand.

Oh so its posting free advertising on a discussion forum instead of posting a topic for discussion or paying for it on this site like the other companies that graciously do and keep this site going.

Ya no, that's not spam at all.

            spam
            spam/Submit
            noun
            1.
irrelevant or inappropriate messages sent on the Internet to a large number of recipients.

            verb
            1.
send the same message indiscriminately to (large numbers of recipients) on the Internet.

If this were to be spam, I would force my message upon you. Anyone that chooses to open my messages has done so with their own free will.

I am just reaching out to processors that are willing to sell some overage after there quota has been filled.

Wow, not very endearing to potential customers.

                    Sic 'em Cotton

With some of the B.S. marketing shit Producers have been dealing with their appetite for "veils of secrecy" isn't very good. Throw out some real prices.....

It would be interesting to hear your bid on soybeans.
