    Is it not a gift to farmers if you buy now. Thought I heard on radio if farmers buy the money will stay in the cwb. But if so is not right. It should go to users as of the next ten years.

        I find it interesting that we all wanted transparency and accountability with the CWB, and now accept the process of dispensing of assets by a process that has none of the above...rather amazing indeed.
