        Thermometer got to plus 3.1C; but tops of vehicles each had layer of ice; and some grass blades had solid beads of moisture shortly after sun rise. SE Sask

            Well it looks like we got to 3 and that's where it stopped. Forecast is three nice then cloudy and not warm then rain on Sunday. Oh well who ever said harvest was going to be easy.

              There is still solid ice on the truck roofs. Thermometer in sun now says 10.3C

              It certainly froze at various elevations and remains cool enough that heat losses on certain surfaces/plants has not yet recovered to above the freezing point of "pure" water.

                    Hope everyone is ok. Yield is already not there. Heard european wheat is poor qualitly. In my opinion we may have better market demand without the frost.
