Mineral rites prices

I have been offered $350 per acre through a landman recently to sell my potash mineral rights in the area north of Belle Plaine.
Does anyone have any idea of what the going rate is?

My mineral rights are north of Bellplane
as well, on the North side of Rocky Lake. Mosaic via a Landman offered $100/acor.

They say it is for their 15-20yr plan so
they are only interested in a sale, no
leasing.

Any thoughts?

I too have been offered the same. After discussing it with a geologist that knows the area he was surprised tohat it was not unitized. He had discussed significantlty different Net Present Valuation......$100 per acre is ...shall I say....a BS offer
