Well we seemed to be just missing the heavy rains and going. Some days where your seeding gets rain so you move to another farm down the road and its good to go very hit and miss.
We are finally at the 75% done as of late last night. Still have oats barley and little Canola to put in. It seems most around us will be done on Saturday if the weather holds. Now east of us its a different situation.
Early peas are up and so is the HRS. The wheat came on fast and some have been caught not getting a burn off because its up. No canola is up. Funny thing on this huge canola crop. If you need Liberty seed their is a huge amount in dealers sheds in our area. Frost I still believe is not fully out in some areas. I got stuck the other day and only dropped a foot then hard ground. Ok frozen ground.
