Its sunday and Im thinking out side of the box.
Would it make sence for a few Canadian Farmers to purchase their own grain Terminal in the USA. Yes big cost but look what Canadians have lost this year with our rail and out of control basis levels.
Simply haul down to your own plant on a BNSF line and ship to coast or gulf that way.
The reason I say this is If I a was a American farmer and knew that I could make out like a bandit on Canadian Farmers. Why not bring Corn up to a Canadian Feedlot then take a load of Canadian HRS #1 back to the USA and make a quick $2,00 a bushel.
Their was some chatter on Agtalk this morning that has me wondering.
Oh and on Agtalk being more about marketing Really today they were discussing how one religion gives 10% to god that they stole that week and all is good. Read through the chatter and they all work.
