help with the rail situation. I hear a lot of 'we need
more cars'. Do we? capital investment is very
expensive. It takes about 13.5 days to cycle the
care supply. Should be able to improve that. Rails
should just run more efficiently. Will they? Can
they? Lets find out. Call on govt to increase the rev
cap by $5 per tonne for every tonne of grain they
move over the five year average by the end of crop
year. This gives them every incentive to move
grain. This also provides a great experiment in that
we will see whether there is an incentive shortage
or infrastructure shortage, and allow appropriate
changes to take place for another year. What do
