Net vs gross income

Parsley, there is the chart that shows the
gross skyrocket over the years but the net
flatlines for about 40 years.

Judging by the new iron being bought and the prices being paid for rent and land purchases the net has to be alot more than average in our area.It may get ugly if/when the good times come to an end.

Shiny new iron can erode Net numbers fairly quick. And thank goodness for that, otherwise all of that tax payable would eventually find it's way into the Quebec post secondary education sinkhole.
