Found a website that shows insider trading deals but only up till feb. 14th. Will be interesting to see the update some day. This website shows a few insiders making buys up till feb. 14th but nothing out of the ordinary as they were making typical buys over at least 3 years time also.

    Gunner Perry Richard Director
    Mclennan Rex John Senior Officer
    Osborn Kevin George Director

One can search their individual names and easily go back 3 years. All buys no sales. Have to repeate nothing out of the ordinary but website only goes up till Feb. 14. Interesting, shows what purchases were stock option plans or outright purchases.

Lots of ways insider info could be used for personal gain. Giving info to family members, friends, mutual fund managers for personal gain. All illegal.

I am probably barking up the wrong tree.

Would you think it could be the CWB buying the Vittera elevator system...

It would be ok if it was the cwb but they too would have to clean house to become a respectable group.

It took them over 9 months to announce the same programs as what they had and still no viable contracts are available for new crop.

If insiders were buying shares they either knew this was going to happen or they felt Viterra was on a path to growth. The latter would indicate the company had more potential than they were telling shareholders.

What do you guys expect for change, no matter who buys?

              Except signage.

When agricore facilties changed to pioneer, I noticed a change in staff attitudes and it wasn't to the better.

I also don't believe it was their fault either. Corporate mandated policies drove them nuts. They handle less grain with a 112 car loading than when they only had 56.

I expect the input sales will be decoupled from the grain buying side. The two are worth more individually than together.

The Ironic bit is the Fed. Gov't Eliminated the CWB To Have MORE COMPETITION. Instead we will have less the dumb****s.

Oh and if some of you think there is
no Connection between the end of
single desk and this takeover Then I
suppose you see no connection between
Daylight and the Sun coming up.
