Insider traders have got to be punished and hit
hard. Why arent they treated like bank robbers?
Lock them up and throw away the key, but first
    make them pay 400% back.

They would learn what its like to be robbers.
    Giver RCMP!

Who would want all viterras crop input
assets, these are all grain companies.
Unless, the sell them off to agrium,
feels like the only company interested
      in that side...

My take is that we will continue to see
small town assets get closed if there is
a takeover. Personally, I like viterra
but they wouldn't be a takeover target
if they were fully utilizing their
      assets.

Mayo on BNN this morning talking on how no one has put in an offer
to take over Viterra 30 minutes before share trading was halted
because of an takeover bid. The guy kind of gives me the creeps,
same way putin does, not sure what it is about him.

When Viterra was created, 2012 was the
year Mayo had to make it to. Well its 2012
and Viterra will probably be sold. Lets
look at Mayo, Moved office to Calgary, Yea
thats the Grain headquarters for the
world. Moves into the Big tower down town
Calgary, Lots of Grain Execs their. WINK
WINK. Does deal with ESSO, Getting warmer.
              Viagra will be sold.

Viterra was bidding for gavilon a couple days ago. This deal is starting to look alot like the Agricore split up and realigning of assets a few years back.

What amazes me is the cwb wasted the last few months on court cases when they could have quietly bought viterra and put themselves in a mighty envious position. You go Oberg, Wells, etc. wasted and lost opportunities. That's why Ritz kicked you small minded and bitter people out on your asses.

3.9 million shares at 12 bucks is just under 50 million. Maybe the cwb is using some its cash to buy Viterra.

Mayo's appearance on BNN was advertised a day or two in advance. How he could answer the question about interest in Viterra the way he did is puzzling.

What, he didn't think the business reporter hadn't done his homework or what?
