Here's my final thiught on this thread. Someone such a cottonpicken would make an excellent reeve or potential replacement candidate for any of several rural municicipalies . If only all the ratepayers would "get off their backs" and let him do what the council and supporting ratepayers see as as a "thankless" job. ((lol) And just to confuse everyone, I've never used that term in my entire life)).
And like the lack of opinions displayed by the readers of this thread; the majority of the electorate remains "uninformed" and "cynical" and "disengaged" and resigned to the fact that they appear to be only one person fighting a whole council.
Thus any change will only come from that electorate majority; and those changes are being resisted using the strongest tactics within some councils.
Of course some don't want any changes; but what does the majority secretly want? Is it too dangerous to even express a personal opinion?

Cotton, do you eat with that mouth?
I did not think you were so insecure.

This is a coffeeshop and not an old west bar room. The matter is one of debate and opinion; and affects each and every member of society. The methods of settlement must be amongst the socially accepted ways and all done within our current laws of the country of Canada (and maybe the province of Sask.)

Sorry, but I have no idea what is meant by that last comment.

I meant to also mention that the discussions and arguments are held within joedales "house" and his visitors should abide by his rules. Joe also has some responsibility to keep things somewhat civil because everyone and every place gathers a reputation by how they conduct themselves and what goes on in their establishment.
