    Yes... There's another single one....

2 miles straight south of those 3, just past the yard
with all that old equipment on the west side...

    :P

That's all we wanted for this spring... We'll buy more
next year if it's available... other than the 80 we're
    trying to get yet.

Are you the Ontario farmer son? Just I don't understand the buyers not giving locals a chance to rent. Just that is the part I don't understand. How come some one from far away comes in to rent land that an investor buys? As far as I know it was not up for rent. Not that I wanted to rent any land but I know guys interested to buy that parcel. Purhaps that is the Realestate's agenst way of doing business.

The guys from Ontario aren't farmers...

          No... not related to them.

We bought land first... and then these guys were
looking for progressive young operators, and the
realtor knew we wanted to expand, so he put us in
          contact with them.

Gotta remember, we are moving in to stay...
          permanently.

Gotta remember we're selling the MB farm... building a house, building a farm... Muenster is our home
            starting this spring.

That land was up for sale for almost a year wasn't it? I recall we looked at it when we bought ours...

Ok. I guess we are not used to real estate agents. Feel a little backwards now. 4 years ago there was no such thing as real estate agents in farm land sales here. Other parts of Sask. yes but not here. Deals were always made in the local paper or locally talk between neighbours. In hind site should have bought the organic growers land at the land sale two years ago. Could have doubled the investment.

Hopefully we're not stepping on anyone's toes... we
                want to be good neighbours!

Yes that land was for sale a year ago and thought it was sold at one time and then the buyer at the time backed out.
