SW-1..Called the United Church HQ to see WHY they supported the CWB.Gary Kenny(sp) stated that they were promoting the `social gospel` that`s their mandate he said.
There`s lots of socialism out there to be eradicated!!!!!!!

I had that same conversation with the UC church
in the 90's when they openly supported jailing
farmers and openly pushed social activism for
promoting marketing boards, with many of the
radicals wanna-be socialist politicians tied to he
hip with the wheat board. The UCC seemed
more interested in coaxing souls to vote for the
NDP than they were in saving souls,nwhich I had
previously presumed was an intuitively obvious
mandate. It took me a week to realize I was
wrong to presume.

Since that time, their political ambitions are being
pursued without my financial support. Pars
