wouldn't technically have to legally buy it back
again. But he has to buy it back if he wants to
take back ownership.

There IS a legal transfer of ownership once you
'offer' grain to the CWB.

So Wilagro, based on your philosophy, it is acceptable for YOU to take my grain without my consent, YOU tell me when I can deliver, YOU do whatever YOU want with it and then YOU decide what to give me for it and YOU tell me that I have choice. Choice2U: Whatever...The CWB was what the farmers begged for years ago to save their sorry asses at the time. I guess it must have done the job as expected. I suppose if the majority farmers WANT to revert back to the old market system then that is their choice too.
