      Willy, if you received a ballot to vote on whether you should be able to have 1 night a week with your neighbors teenage daughter, would you send in your ballot or would you find the whole process insulting and ridiculous and a complete waste of time then toss the ballot in the garbage where it belongs.

          Which is why the Act is being removed. Again, i'm sure there were many people who felt slavery was a good Act too and if there was a "vote" from the slave owners getting free labour it would be like this rigged vote, but the rights and freedoms of people won.

            The election of 1861 was in effect a vote for slavery in which Abe was carried by only the northern states.
            A process we in the West are all too familiar with.
            Subsequently state secession began and the "ultimate political" process of war.
            Rehashing these kind of results is not a new thing.
            The South left for 'right to slavery' wrapped in states rights.
            The North fought for survival of a nation, human rights only being a part.
            I see 'some' parallels here.
            The board people need to stop rattling their light sabers.
