    Good idea Craig - let's beat them at their own
    game. I voted in 1986 and never once applied for
    a permit book, no way - no how.

        I have to call MNP and get some ballots for the companies back. My brother sent them in without asking what I did with my personal one. So how does MNP decide who gets to fill in a companies ballot?
