    Wheat futures July 11 ¡V 662.70.00 Dec 11 - 705.20 usc/bu.
Initial views of last nights USDA report was bearish for wheat, but as corn rallied, wheat followed suit and eventually closed with advances of over 5% on the day. A lack of new sell orders and the fact that the funds held their biggest short position since July 2010 were seen as driving the rally.
Corn Dec 11 658 usc/bu. The USDA surprised the market with some friendlier figures last night, which when combined with the wider market's move to a 'risk on' theme, pushed corn sharply higher.
Canola Winnepeg Nov 11 $568.00 CAD. Canola rallied on the back of strong gains made in the soy complex. The turnaround in macro markets, and the rally in corn allowed beans to push higher.
AUD 1.0596. Currency markets are focused on the European debt crisis. Talk of a rate cut here is putting a small amount of pressure on the AUD.
