Lets see, RITZ is a goofy cracker, who
was stone ground (hence the stone
reference). Yup I agree, he is perfect
fer either job, has the qualities need
during tough times, total suck up, no
mind politico minion fer Harpie to
instruct. Friend of the grain companies
and railroads, cause of the stupidity
factor. YUP, YUP, YUP, good Gag
minister in waiting, er the greatest Gag
    Minister ever!! CWB minsister, Ambrose,
easy to look at and dumb as most
Comedians, from Albertie to, so easy to
    instruct. Screwed everything else up,
    so that is another qualification.....

Grain companies will lose profits (or ease of profit) when the CWB falls (why do you never hear much from them on this issue. If it was in their favour to cut CWB they would lobby for same). You got it all backwards. If you like to market by waiting for the top of the market all the time, you are going to feel like the line cos are eating your lunch. As far as costs/MT to port, our present system is very inefficient.

I agree with Dave4441, line companies have it really nice with the CWB. They are the bread and butter for elevators. Easy predictable procurement of lare volumes of wheat. Money is made on handle and storage. If the CWB goes, the ease of profit will be gone with it. They will have to work a little harder and apply some thought to the new way. Wont be that hard, they can just use their most successful model of non board grains.
