SF3-do you really think they have to farm the land to have access to the mineral rights, at some point in the future? Could they not just create a business relationship based on the mineral rights and skip the farming all together. Or do you mean they are going to harvest the potash on a plant by plant basis right under their eyes? I hear this comment in other circles but no one really has a answer for this once the question is asked. They will have to go thru some kind of formal business process re mineral rights wether they are farming or not.

Excuse Me??? At risk, ta, ever heard of Crop Insurance??? Nevermind all the Government Welfare Programs fer Farmers that they are going to be fulfilling. They are also getting a huge tax break. Its not what yous know, its who yous know......
