      Actually the wheat board is supply management in some ways. you can hardly ever sell it when you want to only when all the heavens line up from shipping to railcars. It's being managed so that we supply a cheap source of wheat to the world.

          You do realize that supply management sectors factor in fuel prices, transportation costs,etc to determine selling prices? And factors in some profit as well.

          So how can you say that the cwb is similar to supply management?
