Your original question was this Weber:

"In your organic happy place, how do you deal with optional origin sales from your competition?"

You specified "organic optional sales", which you now you relate to "the concept"?

Yes, well I will leave it up to you to explain relating your "concept" of the CWB to "organic optional sales", rather than provoke further word as well as insult.

    Just to sum up:

I cannot believe in your CWB "concept". Many large companies do support it because it serves them well, as their handling agreements on sedar.com reveal. AV readers can gauge for themselves if they embrace your Wheat Board "concept". Parsley

      blue.
Parsley your argument makes good sense.
      Thank you.

        Growing wheat for the board,
        Limits the reward
        Some like to sell,
        without the pooling down Nell
        Just like with rye,
choices are limited only by the sky
        When you can access,
        markets with success,
        The reward can be limitless.

I really, really, really hate the board, and I rarely agree with Larry, but the concept of the board is sound. Agreeing on not providing a service, or in our case grain, unless a certain price is paid seems to work great for lawyers, accountants, mechanics.....

So, you support a forced monopoly selling of grain?

I take it they not been successful at filling the role as your mentor, then?

I agree with the article. Especially the part that says:

"It is no accident that U.S. producers just across the border selling similar wheat earn higher returns, on average, that their Canadian brethren, due to CWB mismanagement and pricing games."

You forget church, that farmers pay for all kinds of Wheat Board staff to attend every American farm meeting across the USA that can even spell the word "wheat".

You need to remind the Wheat Board to not send waves of paid hacks to the USA if you feel they are getting brainwashed by douchebags.

Have douchebags become a Wheat Board internal problem? Interesting thought. Pars

                    cchurch,

You choice of 'language' is perfect to prove the weakness of the position you choose to take on the CWB.

Giving the CWB a monopoly... WITHOUT accountability to pay fair market prices... for our wheat... IS the business of every other wheat grower OUTSIDE the CWB 'designated area'... and a large portion of growers inside the CWB prison fences... who clearly want a choice to whom they can sell their human consumption food wheat; to.

US Wheat Associates clearly struck a raw nerve... you are proof they are right!
