    Feed Barley boom

Just flying here $225 on farm for me.

PS im all sold a 5 weeks ago so not gloating but its taken off in last 3 weeks.

You guys got got it heading north as well?

If i can get fowards of $230 on farm for 2018 harvest will sell 10 to maybe even 20% of APH

Feed barley is almost defying gravity but i know little and try to learn more.

Off topic no offence but winter olympics commentary here in oz and i quote "curling must been invented by 3 drunk Canadians"

Got a. Dry Decent price it goes March 1 week and only 30 cents below Malt price in fall.

Some companies are selling to countries and it’s making Beer (China )

Won’t pay malt but buy feed.

So its not malt but its being sold and used as malt.....

Oh ya, I'm an ungrateful lout!

I have no dog in that hunt so maybe I should keep my cat-calling to myself.

Another line on i think womens ariel ski jumps and twist event.
Aussie commentator was commenting about the "lovely ladies" referring to there looks and beauty but didnt say it in so many words.
Then a chinese competitor "they all look the same" figured there would be a furore but went under the radar i think

Not hard to make sure feed barley doesn't get mixed in and sold as malt. Mix in a little large oil bearing seeds or some feed wht or pea screenings before or as you are delivering to elevator.

Maybe but wouldn't malt go up? and/or maybe lower quality perimeters.

Export feed barley tenders helping feed price here. $4.50bu range. Haven't had much export last couple years. Feedlots still buying but are using some corn too so good to have other buyers.

Up a lazy $20 since the post.

Packers or container sellers, presume into china or uae

Biggest issue in Oz cant get enough containers

Is the China export story related to the restrictions they keep putting on corn, and now Sorghum? Are importers importing barley because it is now the cheapest feed grain with no restrictions yet?

Apparently users really really don't want to use the local reserves they are being forced to consume.
