The point is he has to grow up and learn that there is a time and a place to criticize other world leaders and it likely isn't ideal to criticize the other leader in the middle of the TPP11 negotiation...especially when he has no credibility in the area.
Another example of this self inflicted trouble is Catherine McKenna our climate alarmist minister criticizing the USA for using too much coal for their energy.......while we are in the middle of the NAFTA trade negotiations as well.

The irony of the coal comments is that "green" Germany is hosting the climate activist circus and over 40% of Germany's power comes from coal while big "dirty" USA is in the low 30's.......
